Nicole is an associate attorney at Lyman Law Firm, LLC and concentrates her practice on business formation, corporate organizational matters, contracts, transactions, general corporate needs of closely held companies and real estate related transactions.

Nicole assists in representing the firm’s retail automotive clients in their transactional matters and dealing with governmental licensing and tax agencies.
