We are experienced trial attorneys capable of litigating any business dispute. Our attorneys regularly appear in state and federal trial and appellate courts, and other dispute resolution forums. The Real Estate Practice Group provides result-oriented advice to real estate sellers and buyers in residential transactions, including the negotiation, preparation, review and modification of real estate contracts and documents.
The firm advises commercial and individual clients regarding issues related to closings, inspections, financing, title insurance matters, and real estate taxes. In addition, the firm represents and advises real estate owners, developers and investors in connection with the formation of owner entities; preparation of corporate agreements and operating agreements; contract negotiation, preparation and review; project due diligence; survey issues; financing issues; preparation of condominium documents; and construction-related issues.
